Jev in the harness
Up to two Jev calls per turn, placed so the person barely waits for them, and nothing reaches them unchecked.
Message arrivesReply out at 4.4sDeadline: 3.0s from the draft
Jev reads the messageDone 2.4s before the draft is ready
1.6s
The companion writes its draftIts own model, its own tools

The draft, as written
Both checks pass.
A safe reply instead
The draft falls short for the level, e.g. no support lines at ELEVATED.
The crisis reply
At CRISIS the companion is stopped. In the recording it went out in 0.42s.
A cautious reply
No answer within 3.0s of the draft, so the draft is never sent unchecked. Try “Simulate Jev being down” in the demo.
